Finally, our Qualiopi certification allows you to contact us for any training* related to the Croissant Bar (demonstrations, pastry recipes, tailor-made consulting).

I am Louis Tortochot, an artisan baker, but above all, I am passionate about taste, innovation, and beautiful products. I have been hands-on with the dough since I was a child, and today, I am lucky enough to be able to reinvent my craft every day with a fresh perspective. In 2019, my bakery Du Pain Pour Demain in Dijon was elected Best Bakery in France – a wonderful recognition that encouraged me to go even further.
What drives me is breaking the codes. I launched the first croissants bar, where everyone can create their own pastries as they imagine them. I like to surprise and create emotions: between multi-colored croissants, personalized prints on puff pastry or unexpected recipes, I always seek to combine craftsmanship and audacity. Everything is homemade, with attention to detail and quality raw materials.
